Ms. Palacios-Moreno graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts, and later went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Palacios-Moreno had the additional honor of earning a Business and Financial Law Certificate, demonstrating both academic excellence and expertise in those fields. She also received numerous accolades for her dedication to serving the local community, including the 2009-2010 HOPE Commitment Award in recognition of excellence in community service.
