We will evaluate your claim at absolutely no cost or obligation to you. In fact, we will never charge you a fee for our services unless you are ultimately awarded benefits.

When you are awarded benefits, our fee is capped at the lesser of 25% or $6,000.00 of any retroactive funds owed to you by the Social Security Administration in our representation of your claim through the hearing level. If we must file a Request for Review of the Administrative Law Judge’s decision with the Appeals Council, then our fee is limited simply to 25% of any retroactive benefits. Importantly, this means you will retain 100% of the funds you receive as part of your ongoing monthly benefits.

In addition, we will pay for any upfront costs related to obtaining copies of your medical records, and we will only seek reimbursement of these costs if you are ultimately awarded disability benefits.
